The Store uses technical and organisational measures to protect the privacy of the Users.
The Store ensures the protection of the personal data being processed with a level of security matching the risks and data category. In particular, the Store protects data against unauthorised access, theft, unauthorised processing, damage, or destruction.
The Store ensures control over what personal data are processed and with whom they may be shared, and keeps a register of persons authorised to process the data.
By registering on the Store's website or placing an order, the User gives a separate explicit consent to the processing of personal data. In other cases, the processing of personal data by the Store is permissible if it is required for exercising rights or meeting obligations arising from the contract or the fulfilment of legally justified purposes pursued by the Store.
The Controller shall be entitled to disclose personal data only to entities authorised under applicable law, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
The personal data and information provided in the form shall be used by the Controller to conclude, amend, or terminate the contract with the Customer and to ensure the highest quality of services provided. For this purpose, the Controller shall process the following data: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, NIP (Tax Identification Number).
It is optional to provide the data above. The Customer has the right to modify, remove a processing limitation, object to the processing and transfer of data.
The data shall be used for the purposes of concluding a contract, submitting complaints, terminating the contract, for the duration of the Customer's use of the Store. The data is archived during the period of 5 years from the first order, including the aforementioned right to be forgotten, i.e. to have the data deleted. The Customer shall request the data to be deleted by sending an e-mail. The Controller shall promptly delete the data from the database.
At the request of the User, the Store provides information about the User's rights. This information may be provided by e-mail.
Users' personal data may be shared with third parties with their consent if it is justified by the nature of the service, for the purpose of proper performance of tasks by the Store.
Electronic communication between the User's device and the Store during the collection of personal data is encrypted (SSL). The databases are protected against unauthorised access by third parties.
The User has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body, namely Office for the Protection of Personal Data (UODO) (“GIODO” before 25 May 2018), based at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
