- Product problems caused by manufacturing errors occur very rarely - once in 1,000 cases.
- It is safest to verify the product and its defect/damage before it goes to the RMA department.

How to report a product defect?
It's easy. Just write an email to rma@deemeed.com (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Send a copy of the proof of purchase with the date of sale (receipt, invoice or product warranty card)
- As an attachment - send a photo of the product damage
- After receiving the email, you will receive a message from us with the assigned RMA number, and information on the next steps.
Worth knowing:
Is my product covered by the legendary 30-year warranty?
- YES - if your product is made of 100% Cordura™* and you have made an online product registration no later than 30 days after purchase
- NO - if your product is made of 100% Cordura™, but you have not completed online product registration. Then you are entitled to a 2-year warranty
- NO - if your product has leather elements (Reflective Skull) or is leather. Then you are entitled to a 5-year warranty (Reflective Skull series)or 2-year warranty (Full Leather series)
